Our Story
Electric Vehicle Facts was created in March of 2019 in hopes to help fellow EV drivers (or those who are just curious about them) better understand these machines and increase safety on the road.
The main author, Kyle Cannon, is a huge car enthusiast and has gone to great lengths to better understand electric cars and how they work. With a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in automotive engineering, he’s learned substantially how electricity works, how cars work, and how the two of them work together.
Over the past few years, Kyle heard many misconceptions about electric vehicles and how it was hurting the renewable energy movement. He knew he needed to make a platform for people to come to and learn facts and actual data about the EV world.
The hope is that each reader will leave with more understanding and knowledge about electric and hybrid vehicles. We want EV drivers to be comfortable with what they’re driving and spread the love to their fellow EV enthusiasts!
